Over the years, he has led projects spanning broadcast television, live streaming, commercial production, corporate communications, and live events. He has overseen everything from creative development to final delivery. Known for combining creative vision with hands on production knowledge, Dustin brings a deep understanding of both design and production workflows to every project.
With more than 20 years of experience in video production and technical broadcasting, Matt has built a career in complex production execution. His background spans live television, multi camera broadcasts, streaming productions, corporate events, and large scale technical operations.
Starting in technical production, he developed deep expertise in camera systems, live switching, lighting, audio, streaming workflows, and post production. Matt brings a strong blend of technical precision and creative problem solving to every production.
